• 1. iToken Swap Option Introduction

• 2. Swap Option

The Swap Option is a more simplified method of buying and selling tokens which is fully integrated on iToken Wallet. You can do swaps over, via the SWFT integration, with over 20 public chains and more than 300 tokens supported. To learn more details, please visit swap option page.

• 3. Why did my swap fail

Transactions can fail due to various reasons. The most common reason is "gas fee is insufficient".

An "insufficient gas" error occurs when the gas allocated for a transaction is consumed before the swap completes. To prevent transactions from failing due to "out of gas", we recommend the default network fee set by Transit Swap. When the swap fails, the network may consume some gas fee, but the assets you want to exchange are still safe and available in your wallet. • 4. Why are my swaps not credited?

First check whether the tokens are successfully transferred out. If the tokens are not transferred out due to problems such as out of gas, the swap will definitely not be credited.

If the tokens are successfully transferred, please check the swap details. The swap always follows the order as address 1- contract address - address 2, but there may be delays in this process. If it hasn't arrived for a long time, please contact our customer service or contact the exchange agent by yourself and provide the hash value or order number.

• 5. What fees are there in the swap process?

In one swap service, Users have to pay such fees as:

1) Gas fees that may be consumed when transferring from public chain.

2) Fees incurred by the system during the exchange process.

3) The required fees when withdrawing from an off-chain contract.

• 6. Why can't I find my token in the Swap listing

iToken Swap automatically aggregates available liquidity from leading DEXs and professional market makers.

If you can’t find your tokens, you can enter the token's contract address to search and add. If there is still nothing, then your token may lack sufficient liquidity.

• 7. Why is the actual receiving amount different from the previous amount showing on the swap page?

The amount showing on the swap order was an estimation, which may differ from the actual amount that depends on the order, market depth, and slippage.
