FAQ：

1.What’s the minimum /maximum amount to buy crypto?

a. the limits are set by providers differently, some have lower minmum amount and some have higher required. Enter higher amount may display more vendors available to choose to buy crypto.

2. What country does it support to buy crypto？Why KYC declined?

a. the availability of the crypto you can purchase is based on your location, each provider only operates in certain countries.

b. each providers may have specific requirement for KYC docement, please read instruction carefully and follow the guide.

c. KYC calling problem occurs might because trigger anti-fraud system, include public IO, mismatch IP, transaction country with the country of registration, mismatch bank issuing country and IP country, VPN, and etc.

d. Please contact the provider if you need more assistance with KYC problem.

3. What fiat currencies are supported?

4. Why am i unable to bind bank card / why i cannot buy crypto?

a. it depends on your geographic location, bank card cvs code, identity, etc.

b. some banks dont support the crypto purchase transaction, which will cause the transaction failed

5. Why my payment failed?

a. might because of hte blocked response, which the request is sent to the bank with error some site apparently blocked access to itself.

b. could happen for several reasons: ad blocker, disabled antivirus, VPN, proxy

c. please contact the bank at the same time to confirm

6. Why is my crypto delayed?

a. check order and transaction ID or hash, or contact the provider or join iToken telegram group for help： iToken Telegram Group

b. check with the bank to see if it was denied or still pending

How to use “Buy Crypto”

Before proceed buying, please be aware of the following:

a. iToken app does not sell any crypto, you will be redirected to a 3rd party provider.

b. The crypto provider charges a conversion and network fee.

c. The availability of the crypto you can purchase is bansed on your location.

d. The provider only operates in certain countries.

Step 1 — Access and click buy button

Open up iToken wallet and tap on Buy button

Step 2 — Indicate Purchase Token

Select or search token you want to buy

Step 3 — Indicate Purchase Amount

Indicate the amount in fiat currency, or switch to choose the fiat you want to pay, and the provider will give a quote on how much you will receive(tap and check all provider list and quota).

Tap on Buy to proceed.

Step 4 — User Verification

Depending on the crypto provider, user verification will be required before making a purchase. You will be redirected to their website in order to complete this process.

Step 5 — Wait for Confirmation

Once purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email from 3rd party crypto provider. The crypto will be sent out as soon as possible.
