Cloud Wallet Retirement Schedule for Existing Mainland China and Canada-based Users

Dear Valued Users,

To follow compliance policies, Cloud Wallet will retire Mainland China and Canada-based user accounts in an orderly manner while ensuring the safety of user assets.

Only withdrawal services remain available from 16:00 (UTC) on December 14, 2021. DeFi DApps and other services for Mainland China and Canada-based users have been disabled. (Users from other unrestricted countries or regions will be unaffected).

Existing Mainland China and Canada-based users of Cloud Wallet can still log in and withdraw assets. If users have invested in DApps, please visit these DApps through “Invested” on the “Wallet” page to withdraw all your assets.

The withdrawal service will be open for 3 months, and notice will be given ahead of its closure. We advise you to make arrangements for your digital assets as soon as possible.

Please note that any information you receive via phone calls, emails or text messages directing you to withdraw assets are scams. Please do not click on any links from unfamiliar text messages or emails, and do not provide your personal account information, SMS verification codes, and other important information to strangers or third parties!
