How to withdraw ATOM from Exchange to Huobi Wallet?

Let’s take Huobi Global exchange as example, you can click the Withdraw button to enter into Withdraw page.

1 Fill the withdraw address：

Fist, make sure you have created ATOM account in Huobi Wallet and backed up the mnemonic phrases. Then you can find the address on ATOM transfer and receive page. You should be able to click the copy button next to ATOM address and paste to the withdraw address in Exchange App.

2 Fill the tag:

Many users ask what tag is. Is the tag required?

The tag is used for some centralized institutions such as exchanges, which usually provide tags. For example, when transferring from Huobi Global Exchange to other exchanges, you should fill the tag provided by other exchanges.

Since Huobi Wallet is absolutely decentralized, the tag is not required when you withdraw from exchange to personal wallet. If the exchange is mandatory to fill in by exchange, just fill in any character such as 1234 or huobiwallet. Remember not to fill in Chinese character, just digits and letters.

3 Fill the Amount:

Remember that each exchange stipulates a minimum withdraw amount. Please fill in a number higher than the minimum amount.

The last step is to click Withdraw button and input the verification code based on withdraw flow. Once you withdraw successfully, the exchange will send you the notification by text message. You can refresh the Huobi Wallet in a few minutes to see the change of your balance but there may be some delay due to the network, please wait patiently.
