What If I Lose My Wallet Assets?

Huobi Wallet is a decentralized professional wallet, where the user's assets are entirely under the user’s own control. Huobi Wallet does not record the user's private keys and does not have the ability to manage or operate the user's assets.

In order to ensure the security of your assets, if you lose any assets, please click 'Contact us’ and our customer service staff will respond you as soon as they can. You can also click on  ‘Submit feedback’ on the homepage of app Help Center and our staff will do their best to assist you.

When you contact us, please describe in detail the situation you have encountered, including (but not limited) to the type of stolen phone, whether it had been jailbroken or Rooted, the value of stolen coins, time, and whether you encountered any suspicious circumstances when the loss occurred. The more detailed and accurate the information you provide, the better we can help you with your problem.
