iToken does not support the retrieval of security passwords.
iToken is a decentralized wallet that does not store or back up any information used for identity verification, such as user transaction passwords, mnemonics, and private keys, and it supports the import of multiple mnemonics. When you back up your mnemonics, you need to back up the mnemonics of all addresses in iToken at the same time.
If you forget the security password, and you lose your mnemonics, you can only try by repeatedly entering the security password.
DO NOT DELETE iToken until you find your security password successfully, otherwise your assets will not be retrieved.
If you back up your mnemonics, you will need to download iToken from your new phone and try to backup your wallet with the mnemonics or private keys you have. At this time, you need to set a new security password and verify if your wallet address, balance, and other information are correct.
If you cannot ensure that your mnemonics can successfully restore your wallet address, please DO NOT DELETE the iToken in the original phone.
